Login Issues — What Should You Do?
Login issues can sometimes occur for specific reasons. Here is a guide covering the most common situations experienced by Gintoto players:
Forgot password: Click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. The system will send a reset link to your phone number or email. The process takes under 2 minutes and a new password can be set immediately.
Account locked after repeated login attempts: For your security, the Gintoto system will temporarily lock your account after several consecutive failed password attempts. Wait 15 minutes before trying again or contact our customer support via Live Chat for immediate assistance.
Not receiving OTP: Make sure your phone number is active and has good network coverage. If you don't receive the OTP within 2 minutes, click "Resend OTP". If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Security Warning: Gintoto will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp or Live Chat. If you receive any such request, it is a phishing attempt — do not share your password with anyone.
How to Protect Your Gintoto Account
